We are looking for a Senior Manager, Engineering to join this dynamic team and take on a challenging and exciting role.As the Senior Manager, Engineering specializing in Personalization (MarTech), you will be responsible for leading a team of Engineers to develop, implement, and optimize Personalization solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of MarTech initiatives. A strong background in the Adobe MarTech suite of products and customer personalization is essential for success in this role.Is this role right for you? In this role you will:Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality MarTech solutions on time and within budget.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the Adobe MarTech suite.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Adobe MarTech products and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the MarTech domain.Drive the adoption of best practices for customer personalization and optimization within MarTech initiatives.Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of MarTech solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security.Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, to maximize the effectiveness of Personalization solutions.Collaborate with product management and UX/UI teams to enhance the user experience and drive continuous improvement of solutions.Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the Personalization ecosystem.Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
