The Senior Manager, Data Science will be responsible for the technological advancement in the field of performance marketing (strongly oriented on Google advertising auctions) to help us optimize our advertising spends to generate both strong short term conversions as well as long term (increasing the quality of our acquired audiences).They will be partnering with the Growth specialists & principals to refine the strategy and objectives. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of data product life cycle: research, develop and oversee implementation (including productionalization in AWS machine learning frameworks). They must show strong business acumen, strong technical skills and the ability & interest to oversee data projects from inception to final delivery & continuous monitoring while also having a hands-on approach.
Through the journey at SSENSE, the candidate will also be brought to contribute in other areas (e.g. recommendation, customer) and will see his/her scope increase to support our growth and data savviness.
