Senior Manager Customer Growth

Toronto, ON, CA, Canada

Job Description

Are you passionate about driving customer success and revenue growth? We're looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Growth to lead revenue strategy and execution for our Medium Segment customers. In this role, you'll be the catalyst for expanding customer relationships, aligning business strategies with customer needs, and turning insights into measurable growth. This is a newly created role focused on maximizing the value of existing customer relationships. You'll translate strategy into action, lead cross-functional execution, and unlock customer potential to accelerate adoption and revenue in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

This role is hybrid, 3 days in office, in one of our offices (Toronto or Vancouver).

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do:

- Develop and execute the go-to-market channel strategy, aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP) and long-term growth goals.

- Own revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting--partnering with Commercial Operations, Finance, and Channel Sales to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and make timely course corrections.

- Build and maintain an actionable, ICP-driven growth framework to retain and expand customers.

- Design and deliver scalable partner enablement programs, co-selling motions, and co-marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline generation.

- Collaborate across functions to remove execution blockers and ensure VARs have clear messaging, compelling sales plays, and differentiated product positioning.

- Serve as a strategic advisor on annual planning, territory strategy, partner and customer health reviews, and business development initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and insights to strengthen decision-making, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance partner accountability.

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience in Customer Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations or related field at a SaaS company.

- Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle with expertise in key journey touchpoints.

- Strong analytical skills and a track record of influencing initiatives that drive revenue growth.

- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to customer needs.

- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

- Expertise in driving customer expansion and revenue growth by leveraging ISV and strategic partnerships.

Why you'll love this role:

You'll be at the forefront of shaping our customer growth strategy, with the autonomy to make a real impact. If you thrive on collaboration, strategy, and execution--and want to help customers succeed while driving measurable revenue growth--this role is for you.

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target salary range for new hires is 115,000- 160,000 CAD. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.

Plenty of perks:

- 100% paid premiums for health, dental, and vision coverage.

- RRSP contribution match (100% up to 4%).

- 35 days paid time off (11 paid holidays, 16 vacation days, 3 personal days, 5 sick days).

- 18 weeks of paid parental leave for birth, adoption, or surrogacy offered 1 year after the start date.

- 5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation).

- $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after the hire date.

- Sage Wellness Rewards Program (annual fitness reimbursement).

- Library of on-demand career development options and ongoing training offerings.
