As

Senior Manager of Growth Marketing

, you will lead Tangam's efforts to drive qualified pipeline growth and accelerate revenue. You will build and manage a Business Development (BDR) function, own the company's lead-generation strategy, and oversee content and campaigns that engage decision-makers and fuel the Sales team. Reporting directly to the President and serving as a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market engine.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:




Build and lead the BDR team

: Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives focused on generating qualified pipeline and supporting Sales Directors globally.

Lead generation & pipeline growth

: Develop and execute scalable multi-channel campaigns--email, digital, account-based outreach, and events--that create awareness and drive conversions.

Content strategy

: Oversee the creation of compelling assets (case studies, whitepapers, webinars, thought-leadership pieces) tailored to each stage of the buyer journey.

Sales alignment

: Partner with Sales leadership to define qualification standards, optimize hand-offs, and increase conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to opportunities.

Account-based marketing (ABM)

: Support "land and expand" initiatives by developing campaigns and personalized outreach for top-tier customer accounts.

Event & tradeshow strategy

: Maximize ROI of conferences, speaking engagements, and client events as lead-generation channels.

Analytics & reporting

: Define KPIs for pipeline creation, conversion rates, and ROI. Regularly report results and optimize campaigns to hit growth targets.

Technology & systems

: Implement and optimize tools (CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms) to drive productivity and integration.



Preferred qualifications and experience:




5+ years of experience in a leadership function recruiting and managing a team of marketing specialists 5+ years of marketing experience in enterprise sales involving complex software Strong first-hand experience with account-based marketing, marketing automation campaigns and relevant modern tools Track record of developing collaborative relationships with departmental leaders and promoting cross-team collaboration with sales and customer success

Compensation and Benefits:




Total Compensation:

$110,000 - $140,000
