You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on designing communication strategies that aid in implementing new policies and programmes and that will enhance the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s relations with the community, public, government, shareholders, and employees.

As a Senior Manager, Communications you\xe2\x80\x99ll act as an experienced corporate communications professional who has a strong background in planning, developing, and executing communications strategies and plans to successfully deliver tactical communications including but not limited to:

Support on a variety of executive/leadership communications

Provide strategic leadership and input into regular firmwide national webinars for both staff and partners calls and town halls

Support on crisis and sensitive communications by creating ad hoc communications plans and drafting messages as required

Work with dedicated internal stakeholders to build relationships, understand their needs, assess in the context of all firm communications and advise on the best ways to achieve their objectives

Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that support PwC\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and priorities

Write and produce high quality communications which may include internal news items, digital screens, videos, speeches or internal campaigns.

Edit with an eye for detail and understand business and technical content and what\'s in it for the intended audience

Ensure that communications follow brand guidelines and major grammar principles

Contribute to and help manage the firm\xe2\x80\x99s corporate communications channels (e.g. internal news, digital signage, intranet)

Support and enable the firm\xe2\x80\x99s communications cascade model to support PwC\xe2\x80\x99s strategy, business plans and priorities

Assist with external profiles to help position leaders on issues aligned to firm strategy

Measure and report on the impact of communication strategy, channel effectiveness and tactics

Experience and skills you\xe2\x80\x99ll use to solve

Exceptional writing skills and ability to translate complex topics into straightforward, accessible language

Exceptional critical thinking skills with a deep understanding of nuances in language and tone

Intellectual curiosity and deep understanding of key economic and business trends

Strong business acumen, the ability to assess business impact and prioritize demands based on business needs

An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

Proven understanding of corporate communications and how it supports business strategy

Demonstrated success working with senior leadership, developing relationships, addressing their needs and providing communications counsel

Proven ability to understand the needs and sensitivities of different audiences and adapt writing style and content

Willingness to help colleagues and work as a team for the best outcomes

Experience or ability to work effectively in a matrix and relationship-driven organization

Excellent written, organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Digital marketing technology softwares such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus

Bilingualism (French) is an asset

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
