As a Change Delivery Senior Manager, you'll support the VP of Change Delivery in leading the Transformation Management Office (TMO). You'll help ensure that governance, risk management, and execution practices are aligned with our strategic goals. This is a leadership role focused on enabling successful delivery across our change portfolio, including strategic, regulatory, and operational initiatives.

What you'll do:Partner with the VP of Change Delivery to design and implement governance and planning processes that align with Aviva's standard model. Ensure alignment with commitments made to Boards and Committees, focusing on outcomes and measurable objectives. Develop and enhance end-to-end governance processes, collaborating with project sponsors, teams, and stakeholders. Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement in change delivery. Clearly define and communicate change documentation and requirements in line with the Aviva Change Framework. Monitor and report on dependencies, risks, and issues that may impact delivery, and lead governance forums to address them proactively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date governance documentation and support reporting needs. Facilitate quarterly planning workshops with key stakeholders to review progress and plan next steps. Build strong, collaborative relationships across teams to support effective delivery and shared success.

What you'll bring:5+ years of leadership experience in transformation or change delivery environments. Proven experience managing risk, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives. Strong background in project, program, or portfolio-level change management. Ability to build trusted relationships and foster collaboration across diverse teams. Experience working with both business and technology partners. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and identify key insights. Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
