This includes, but is not limited to: Consultant and Region, Business Insights Dashboards, Business Reporting, compensation and recognition reporting and distribution analytics. As the leader of a team, this individual will be responsible for guiding the creation of dashboards and other methods of sharing insights and reports. The incumbent will be responsible for finding innovate ways to combine data, technology and other methodologies to discover and deliver valuable insights for Financial Services Distribution and the Field Network.DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide leadership to a team of business analysts responsible for the design, implementation and management of reporting, dashboards and analytics for Field network and Distribution leadership. Including Consultant and Region, Business Insights Dashboards, Business Reporting, compensation and recognition reporting and distribution analytics.
Working with the Manager, Business Reporting, manage the overall reporting process for the Business Reporting and Analytics team by maintaining, enhancing and developing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy and timeliness of reports.Guide the transformation of the Consultant network business reporting and analytics through the development of key insights and reporting dashboards utilizing new and innovative tools and approaches, and partnering with the Data Services teamDevelop and maintain complex financial and analytical models to support Financial Services business operations as well as key initiatives and strategic projects.Develop and present recommendations to leadership on recognition policy, program design alternatives and impact analysis.Develop and maintain certain key reports.Become an expert and go to resource regarding business results and related reporting.Support the management of the Field Reporting and Recognition mailbox, by providing expert level support and developing responses to Consultant and field leadership questions.Develop/Enhance communication/team SharePoint sites for storage/distribution of reportsKNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS7+ years of experience in Financial and/or Business reportingBachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance or Computer ScienceProven success leading a dynamic team of individuals who are responsible for the design, implementation and management of reporting, dashboards and analyticsInnovative, analytical and creative thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skillsProven leadership, management and implementation abilities requiredStrong data/technology skills - advanced skills in access, excel, SAP HANA, financial modeling and business intelligence software (Tableau)CPA, CGA or CMA, CFA or MBA would be considered an assetThe successful candidate will demonstrate the following core competencies:
