As a Senior Leasing Manager for Skyline you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for professionally managing and overseeing the leasing function for all assigned properties in the retail portfolio in order to maximize overall occupancy and revenue in alignment with annual budgets while supporting our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.

What we look for:

• Minimum five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with all aspects of retail leasing, including established knowledge of key contacts within prominent national retailer organizations and a sense of humour.
• Ability to negotiate, develop and prepare retail tenancy offers to lease.
• Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy, tactfulness \xe2\x80\x93 to generate positive company image.
• Initiative and results driven. With this job, you gotta love closing the deal!
• Ability to handle changing priorities and projects in a fast paced environment.
• Capable of operating under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Able to work a flexible schedule and travel frequently.
• French speaking is considered an asset
