Job Description

Nicolini Law Group is a boutique law firm located in the City of Vaughan seeking a full-time Senior Law clerk with a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling Tort and Accident Benefits Claims. The ideal candidate must be dependable, eager and capable of learning, proficient in writing and communication, has a strong attention to detail and has excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Some of the duties include:

Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, LAT and insurance adjusters Drafting correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, LAT and insurance adjusters Scheduling Examinations for Discovery, Mediations and Pre-trials. Preparing files for Examinations for Discovery, Mediations and Pre-Trials. Requesting productions Managing files
Must be a Team player but also works efficiently independently.
