We are seeking a

Senior Residential Interior Designer

to join our studio -- a creative leader with a discerning eye, technical rigor, and a passion for crafting meaningful homes.

Your Role



As a senior designer, you will lead the design process from concept through completion, shaping each project with vision and precision. You'll bring ideas to life -- translating client stories into spaces that feel natural, lived-in, and lasting.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the design and development of high-end residential projects from initial concept to final installation under the supervision of the Design Director. Develop and present design concepts, material palettes, and detailed documentation with a clear design narrative. Manage all phases of the design process -- including space planning, sourcing, budgeting, and construction administration. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, trades, and suppliers to ensure design integrity and seamless execution. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering creativity and excellence. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design or construction challenges. Maintain awareness of current and emerging materials, and innovations to continually elevate project outcomes. Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the firm's design process, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and design excellence across projects. About You



You are an experienced interior designer who pairs creative vision with technical expertise. You thrive on detail, value collaboration, and understand that great design begins with great listening.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related discipline. 5-8 years of experience in high-end custom residential design. Proficiency in a variety of softwares including Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD, SoftPlan communication, project management, and client relationship skills. A portfolio that demonstrates refined taste, spatial awareness, and exceptional attention to detail.
