Position: Senior Indigenous Finance Officer

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site (Hybrid eligible after 3 months)

Posting Date: November 14, 2025

Reports To: Senior Leadership - AIM

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM based on program needs

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle financial management Manage ISC funding compliance Lead audits and year-end preparation Mentor finance staff Support budgets, forecasts, and reporting Maintain confidentiality and financial controls
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting CPA preferred Minimum 5 years finance experience with Indigenous organizations Proficiency in SAGE 300 (required) Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop (required) Advanced Excel skills Strong communication and mentorship ability
