Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for an Senior Support Engineer that will provide technical Support to our customers. In this role, you will be working with the latest in Technologies IMS & Telecom Cloud, troubleshooting and resolving problems/complex issues to stabilize customer networks.
The Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in R&D Organizations.
As there are no distinct borders between the areas, you will need to be flexible and master more than one area. You are expected to work in different cultural environments. The evolution of technology is moving fast and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date.
Working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge within native and virtualized IMS solutions as well as Cloud. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers demanding strong soft skills such as Customer Management. The role more than often requires you to take on big responsibility and it is important that you can work independently.

You will:

Handle customer issues
Handle dedicated support
Troubleshoot and resolve Customer NTW issues

To be successful in the role you must have:

Education: Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering degree or related
Min years of experience: +7 years of solid experience in IMS Solutions (Native and Virtualized)
Domain experience:
Solid Understanding of Native and Virtualized IMS Nodes (e.g.: MRS, BGF, MTAS, CSCF, SBG, IPworks, and others)

Troubleshooting skills - e2e Solution Support

Basic Knowledge about HSS, CUDB, EPC and Cloud (e.g.: CEE)

Solid knowledge about IP Interworking, Linux

Professional level of English and Spanish

Negotiation Skills

Planning & Organizing skills

Presentation Skills

Knowledge Sharing mindset

Strong Customer Management
