• Design Leadership and Concept Development: Provide creative leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior graphic designers, and collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that effectively convey the intended message.
• Graphic Design: Create visual elements such as logos, illustrations, and other graphics that align with the brand and objectives of the project.
• Print and Digital Design: Design marketing materials, print collateral, digital assets, and multimedia content for various channels, including websites, social media, and print publications.
• Branding: Develop and maintain consistent branding elements, ensuring that all design materials align with the organization\'s brand identity.
• Typography, Colour Theory, Image Editing, Layout Design and Print Production.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and digital applications, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Software Proficiency: Use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit visual content.
• Web Design: Create website layouts, graphics, and visuals, working closely with web developers to implement design elements.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources, to ensure on-time delivery.
• Quality Assurance and Client Interaction: Conduct quality control checks on design materials to ensure they meet predefined standards and are error-free, and collaborate with clients, presenting design concepts, gathering feedback, and making revisions based on client input.
• Trend Analysis: Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
• Marketing Support: Create visuals and graphics for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Design Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of design projects, including style guides, design specifications, and project archives.
• Visual Storytelling: Use design to tell compelling visual stories that engage and resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in related fields, and a design portfolio is a must have with resume .
• Fluent bilingual speaker in English and Mandarin.
• Advanced Design Skills especially proficient in Western styles and tastes.
• User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design Knowledge.
• Web Design and Development Skills, Print Production and Publishing Experience.
• Photography and Illustration Skills: Proficiency in photography, illustration, or other visual arts to complement design work.
• Project Management Experience is preferred.
• Marketing and Advertising Knowledge: Understanding of marketing and advertising principles to create designs aligned with marketing strategies.
• Multimedia Content Creation: Skills in creating multimedia content, such as videos, infographics, or animations.
• Additional Certifications or Advanced Degrees: Specialized certifications or an advanced degree in design-related or computing science fields can be advantageous.
