Rethink Solutions Inc. (RSI), an Altus Group business, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team! But not just any Designer. We want a designer who is obsessed with effective visual communications.
Reporting to RSI's Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will own design initiatives from foundational branding to strategic campaign and event assets. You will ideate design concepts and create final files for use across a variety of modalities including the web, video production, email, pdf assets, print materials, events and more. We are looking for a communicative leader with the desire to merge and celebrate fresh ideas.

Objectives of this Role:
Leads information gathering with marketing, sales and other departments to support company-wide creative objectives.
Own brand standards and adherence to those standards - You will be responsible for signing off on visuals and templates, as well as training staff.
Plan, analyze, and create a library of usable assets and visual solutions to communicate our services in a way that is comprehensible.
Drive the visual identity and visual communication strategy in a way that is comprehensible.
Remains at the forefront of relevant emerging practices across industries and skill sets.
Provides creative leadership on issues relevant to technical graphic design. Works with product managers and others as necessary to gain a further understanding of technical issues.
Develop strategies for quick graphic development (e.g., flexible, user-friendly social media templates)
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of diverse marketing and project management experience
Minimum 5 years in a busy agency, studio or production environment in fields such as e-learning, training, marketing or with demonstrable related experience
Team leadership experience - Have the ability to clearly communicate across many mediums (oral, written, electronic, etc.) and audiences (peers, direct reports, clients, vendors, etc.)
Proven ability to learn, adapt and lead the deployment of new technologies, processes, etc.
Manage and motivates diverse teams to work collaboratively in delivering a wide variety of projects
Ability to provide/display a personal profile and/or portfolio exhibiting current and previous marketing projects Project Management certification & French are significant assets
