We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Global Communications Manager. This position will report to the Global Chief Communications Officer and interface with key stakeholders and teams to focus on employee engagement and external media storytelling to enhance the Dentons brand.

This role supports our communications activities across the Firm at the Global level, advancing Firmwide strategic priorities. The role is multi-faceted and intersects executive, internal, external, and crisis communications.

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Strategically oversee a variety of global internal communications materials, vehicles and processes, including extensive writing, editing, and management.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and manage multiple, complex content streams for regular internal communications and external PR efforts, interfacing with people across every region of the Firm, and the media.

\xc2\xb7 Research and draft internal and external announcements.

\xc2\xb7 Manage various regular internal communications to help Firm leadership communicate effectively, articulate key priorities and enhance firm-wide engagement.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and pursue new channels (both internal and external) of communications to engage key audiences in an effort to support the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s overall goals.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate global projects, serving as a key liaison with Brand, Digital, Marketing and Business Development teams.

\xc2\xb7 Lead on global growth, ESG and leadership communications.

\xc2\xb7 Support major integrated global marketing campaigns through development and execution of communications plans.

\xc2\xb7 Compose internal and external communications from leadership, including combinations and new initiative communications.

\xc2\xb7 Write and promote thought leadership articles (e.g. Opinion Editorials) for senior leaders.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain editorial oversight of global portal content.

\xc2\xb7 Help drive media relations initiatives.

\xc2\xb7 Provide oversight for crisis communications globally and across individual regions as needed.

About You:

\xc2\xb7 Significant previous experience in global communications within a corporate/highly matrixed/professional services organization

\xc2\xb7 Experience in internal and external communications across a broad spectrum of channels.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrable ability to produce high quality international communications with impeccable attention to detail, with impactful results.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to thrive whilst working under pressure, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to multi-task

\xc2\xb7 Creative approach to developing and implementing strategic communications plans across regions and groups.

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record in stakeholder engagement at all levels, with the ability to inform, influence and engage

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience of researching and writing stories and utilizing a mix of communication channels to promote thought leadership

\xc2\xb7 Strong project management experience with extensive and complex review processes.
