Responsibilities
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related fields
- 3-5 years of progressive experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Designated/ Pursuing CPA in Ontario
- Assists in the regulatory and revenue notes preparation for quarterly and annual financial reporting process and other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Prepares, compiles and analyses information to facilitate the preparation for Reporting and Record Keeping Requirements (RRR), annual budget, and periodic forecasts
- Provides reliable financial information, analysis and operational support related to electricity regulatory filings, tax provision reporting requirements and other internal management reporting requirements
- Ensures Risk Management and Internal Controls, including assessment and monitoring whether internal controls in place are adequately designed and operating effectively.

Qualifications
- CPA designation, with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Must have the capabilities to develop and analyze robust financial models
- Advanced Excel modelling skills, ability to construct professional PowerPoint presentations
- Strong understanding of statement of earnings, balance sheet, cash flows, budgeting, etc.
- Financial modelling and planning skills oriented towards continuous improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Leadership team of the organization
