Our client, a fast tracking land development, construction and real estate brokerage is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a key role in supporting continued growth and expansion. This newly created position will complete complex financial analysis on new and current land and property development projects.

The key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing new land acquisition and property development opportunities, determine pricing, debt costs, margins, etc.
• Perform complex project cost, pricing modelling with ROI for current and prospective projects.
• Present findings to current and future investors and company executive.
• Market research and special projects for executive.

What the successful candidate will bring:

• A CPA or CFA designation with a minimum of 5 years of senior financial analysis experience within the land acquisition and property development industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models for potential new projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self starter with entrepreneurial spirit who can grow with the company.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
