ESW Building Services Inc. is seeking an

experienced Senior Estimator

to take the lead in our estimating department and drive the success of large-scale

commercial and multi-residential projects

This is a key role for an individual with strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the confidence to negotiate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors. You'll work closely with project managers and senior leadership to ensure every bid is

accurate, competitive, and aligned with company goals

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage

detailed cost estimates

for complex commercial and multi-residential projects. Review

drawings, specifications, and scopes of work

to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Negotiate pricing

and terms with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive rates. Utilize

estimating software

such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or equivalent tools to develop precise pricing models. Collaborate with project teams to

refine budgets, timelines, and schedules

.

Mentor and support junior estimators

, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

5+ years

of proven experience in construction estimating (commercial or multi-residential). Strong knowledge of

construction materials, methods, and cost analysis

. Proficiency with

estimating software

(Bluebeam or HeavyBid preferred). Excellent

negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

. Proven ability to manage

multiple bids

and meet strict deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
