About the Opportunity

ESW Building Services Inc. is looking for a

highly experienced Senior Project Manager

to take the lead on major

commercial and multi-residential construction projects

across the GTA.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, motivating teams, and ensuring that every project is delivered with precision, quality, and efficiency. You'll play a key role in driving project success -- from the planning phase through to completion -- while representing ESW's commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders -- including clients, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and design documents to guide the project from concept to completion. Develop, track, and adjust project schedules and budgets to maintain cost and time efficiency. Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control. Prepare and present progress updates, cost reports, and forecasts for senior management and clients.

What We're Looking For

5-7+ years

of proven experience in construction project management, preferably in

commercial or multi-residential

sectors. Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and complex workflows. In-depth understanding of

construction methods, materials, and building codes

. Proficiency with

project management software

(Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar). Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a focus on results. Experience with

Civil 3D

or other design tools is considered an asset.
