What You'll Do
Provide overall leadership and accountability for multiple large-scale commercial construction projects.
Manage full project lifecycle: startup, execution, and close-out.
Develop project execution, staffing, procurement, and financial strategies.
Oversee budgets ($80M - $150M), schedules, and cost control processes.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with operational standards.
Negotiate, review, and manage contracts with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
Build and maintain long-term client, consultant, and partner relationships.
Lead project meetings, issue documentation, and ensure timely follow-up.
Mentor and coach project teams, supporting professional development and company growth.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement, promoting lean construction practices.
Collaborate with estimating and business development teams to secure future work.

What You Bring
10+ years of project management experience
in
commercial / ICI construction
.
Proven experience overseeing projects in the
$80M - $150M range
(high-rises, healthcare, institutional, mixed-use, retail, light industrial).
Bachelor's degree, diploma, or technical certification in a construction-related field.
Strong tenure with previous employers (not multiple short-term moves).
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction contracts and delivery models.
Familiarity with Lean construction principles; Last Planner System experience an asset.
Proficiency in project management software (Procore or equivalent).
Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.
A solutions-focused, decisive, and collaborative approach.

$130,000 - $175,000
