Twin Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing Calgary-based general contractor that delivers high-quality commercial, light industrial, and mixed-use projects across the region. We're searching for an experienced and relationship-driven Senior Project Manager to lead construction delivery while also representing the company with clients, consultants, and partners.

What You'll Do
Lead commercial and light industrial construction projects from precon through to closeout
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and execution
Manage internal teams, site personnel, consultants, and subcontractors
Maintain strong financial control of your projects, including change management and reporting
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and trades
Represent the company professionally at all project meetings and client touchpoints
Support business development through relationship building and opportunity spotting
Collaborate with leadership on improving processes, delivery standards, and operational strategy
What We're Looking For
10+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction
Proven ability to lead $5M-$30M+ projects with full responsibility for scope, budget, and schedule
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
Business acumen and comfort in client-facing and BD support scenarios
Deep understanding of construction delivery methods, project controls, and contract administration
Proficiency with scheduling tools and project management platforms (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
A hands-on leader who thrives in a growing, collaborative team environment
Based in Calgary and able to work in-office and on-site as required
