Who you are

The Senior Director, Lease Administration is responsible for managing a team of lease analysts, including matters of employment, performance, client account administration and service delivery.

Additionally, the Senior Director will be responsible for developing and driving Lease Administration Innovation & Automation efforts, and leading lease administration technology projects as assigned.\xe2\x80\x8b

What you bring

Leadership experience of a lease administration team (5-7 years)

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field

Qualified candidates will have at least 15 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or accounting and property management fields having worked in either (or both) the Landlord or Tenant sector

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of experience managing teams of employees, preferably remote

Intermediate to expert level experience with multiple commercial lease administration database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, or other portfolio management database systems

Bonus skills and experience

Bilingual (French + English)

What success looks like

Lead and manage a team of lease analysts supporting a group of client accounts

Present to client and company executive teams on overall Lease administration services and performance

Support continuous improvement of lease administration processes by leading innovation & automation efforts

Provide oversight and coordination of work performed by NAM account leads and APAC team members

Evaluate resources and recommend team augmentation as dictated by account requirements

Manage team member hiring, onboarding, performance check in, tracking and approval of time worked/time out, disciplinary and separation processes

Maintain accurate records of team member allocations in WorkTrac, and update account leadership as changes occur

Work with in-house technology team to support enhancements to Colliers360; support coordination of systems to advance automation of lease administration processes

Ensure client playbooks and process manuals are updated at least annually by lease analyst, and that they are followed in the administration of the account

Be fluent with client contract terms, scope and pricing; request contract amendments as necessary to ensure incorporation of all performed scope of work

Ensure that lease analysts have appropriate communication plan with their clients and APAC team members, and are properly executing

Work with other directors / managers to continually develop best practices and lease administration procedures and policies
