As ATB\'s next Senior Director, Integration & Onboarding, you will focus on achieving business results, team member engagement and client obsession by leading a team of high performing and specialized cash management and deposit experts that manage the client experience during the integration and onboarding of a complex suite of Business solutions including payments, channels, pooling, Managed File Transfer (MFT), and others.
You will be instrumental in positively differentiating ATB in the market by ensuring the team is all-in with clients, providing exceptional client experiences that contribute to the long term relationship and loyalty of ATB clients. You will lead teams of experts that support the complex and diverse solutions of ATB Business Solutions including payments, merchant services, and cash and treasury management. You will also contribute to the creation and direction of the overall Business Solutions strategy with a goal of creating a world-class client experience for ATB Business customers.
You bring an expert level of product and system knowledge that is best-in-class at ATB and have a direct influence over the customer and team member experience. As a key stakeholder representing ATB Business Solutions and ATB Business clients, you will contribute to the development of enhancements and new products as well as the operational and risk management of the technical and integration experience for teammates and clients. You will partner with key stakeholders across ATB including Business Solutions Sales and SME teams, Client Experience & Technology, Banking Ops, Client Care and EFS business clients, acting as a trusted advisor and important voice of customers and teammates.
