Senior Digital Marketing Performance Manager

Our client's Home Solutions digital marketing team is hiring an experienced performance marketer with a technical background to fill a 1-year contract. We're looking for someone who is eager to launch some of the best campaigns of their career, while also laying critical foundations across data, attribution & testing to drive even better results in the future.

Key skills & experience required for the role: data analysis, media planning & buying, attribution model knowledge, google sheets/excel, and full-funnel media strategies.

We're looking for an experienced, ambitious and bright digital marketer to drive transformation in our marketing campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, external marketing agencies and vendor partners like Google, Meta and Amazon to identify opportunities to drive increased return on our advertising spend.
Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

You will work in tight partnership with internal and external partners to execute & report on full-funnel media campaign strategies. In addition to campaign strategy oversight, you'll work on improving our attribution, measurement & reporting frameworks to evolve our strategic decision making in the future.

Here's how

- Lead paid acquisition campaigns with a focus on paid social, search, programmatic and connected TV.
- Conduct data analysis to develop optimization recommendations & to inform future campaign development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with go-to-market, web, agency and vendor partners to strategize effective campaigns, optimize performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Spearhead our data maturation portfolio to improve reporting processes, develop offline feed integrations and oversee attribution modeling projects.
- Clearly present commentary, insights and program status updates to all levels of the organization.

You're the missing piece of the puzzle if...

-You've run the digital marketing gambit over the past 4+ years. Maybe you've honed your skills as a digital marketing analyst, been hands-on in advertising platforms at an agency, or worked in partnership with brands as an ad platform account executive. Now you're eager to grow & apply your skill set with one of Canada's most reputable brands.

- You're known for your work executing high performing digital marketing campaigns across full-funnel digital & traditional channels, from CTV to SEM to radio.

- You have a strong understanding of digital advertising landscapes, trends and tools - particularly across attribution modeling and tracking.

- Deeply analytical & data-driven with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. You're no stranger to processing raw data in spreadsheets to mine insights, visualizing data and working in analytics platforms.

- Great presentation and story-telling abilities; you're able to craft concise and compelling visualizations, reports & slideware.

- You're known for your determination to push forward complex projects while working with multiple stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of business, ecommerce & UX/UI fundamentals.
You thrive in a target-driven environment through your proactivity, organization, innovation and enthusiasm.

Great-to-haves

- 360 media planning/buying experience
- DoubleClick, GA4 and/or Adobe certification
- Experience tracking and tagging via Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of data management platforms (DMPs) and cross-channel audience strategy
- Dashboard & BI tool experience
- CRM & SaaS marketing experience
