About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Digital Ads Manager to lead paid advertising campaigns, improve lead quality, and bring fresh ideas to a collaborative, results-driven team.
Role Overview
The Senior Digital Ads Manager will manage and optimize digital advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. You'll take ownership of ongoing campaigns, implement strategies from recent audits, and work closely with creative, sales, and SEO/web teams to maximize performance and conversions. This is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize dozens of existing campaigns, ensuring proper documentation, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
Develop and execute strategic campaigns aligned with industry-specific promotions and retail initiatives.
Collaborate with social media content developers, designers, SEO/web teams, and sales to produce high-performing campaigns and ad creatives.
Leverage audit findings to reduce wasted spend and improve campaign efficiency.
Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and CRM tools; provide bi-weekly reports to leadership.
Focus on lead quality and conversion optimization, implementing strategies for scoring and attribution.
Stay up-to-date on platform trends and best practices across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging digital channels.
Ensure campaigns comply with automotive industry regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years managing significant digital ad budgets (Google Ads, Meta, other platforms).
Strong experience in automotive, retail, or D2C e-commerce advertising preferred.
Proven ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation and awareness, with a focus on ROI.
Experience with complex tech stacks, integrations, and automation (e.g., Merchant Center feeds, dynamic ads).
Strong analytical skills; proficient with Google Analytics, reporting tools, Excel/Sheets.
Comfortable documenting processes, testing, and iterating campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and technical teams.
