About the position A Senior Data Sourcing Analyst manages, administrates, and monitors licenses of externally licensed data that is used by TS Imagine internally or within our products (to be consumed through our customers). The identification and discovery in collaboration with product management and procurement is also a key responsibility. With detailed knowledge about data license agreements, terminology, licensing of external data from exchanges and redistribution of data the Senior Data Sourcing Analyst advise finance, product management, data management and development on best practices around externally licensed data. In addition, monitoring and enforcing the compliance with our license agreements with data vendors is part of the core responsibilities. Who will love this job

What you\'ll do
  • Assist product management in the definition of data requirements that must be met by externally licensed data
  • Discover in collaboration with product management alternative data sources to be meet the data requirements
  • Support procurement in procuring of externally licensed data as a subject matter expert
  • Maintain and monitor the inventory of all externally licensed data
  • Proactively identify upcoming renewals
  • Lead and manage any audit from data vendors and ensure compliance of TS Imagine with the active data license agreements; Act as the single point of contact for data vendors on any audit
  • Define global policies for the usage, integration and redistribution of externally licensed data and monitor adherence to such policies
  • Establish automated processes with data management and data engineering throughout the data iteration to simply the execution of the responsibilities of a data sourcing analyst
  • Calculate and track user counts to understand the consumption of externally licensed data
  • Establish reoccurring measurement of the consumption of externally licensed data
  • Ensure that existing processes, results and work artifacts pertaining to data sourcing activities are properly organized on SharePoint
  • Review and approve invoices coming from data vendors
  • Maintain data vendor contacts inventory and liaise with data vendors on data sourcing matters
You should have
  • A relevant Bachelor\'s Degree or Equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge on core functionality of our products for trading, portfolio management, risk management or margin management would be an advantage;
  • Familiarity with the terms and conditions of license agreements for externally licensed data
  • Knowledge of financial instrument data vendors, such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE or FactSet
  • Solid knowledge about exchanges, live price data licenses and user reporting to exchanges
  • Solid skill on MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
