We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Global Logistics Reporting team. This role will focus on building scalable, high-impact dashboards for a global audience of 100+ stakeholders while ensuring performance, reliability, and strategic insight generation. The ideal candidate is a Tableau expert with strong Google BigQuery (SQL) skills, a keen eye for data-driven insights, and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Toronto office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Senior Team LeaderThese are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Design and develop globalized Tableau dashboards for actionable insights in logistics operations, focusing on visualization and usability.
• Optimize Tableau Server performance, collaborating with platform engineering teams to support 4TB+ data with multiple daily refreshes.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Google BigQuery (or similar tools) for fast, accurate, and efficient data extraction.
• Drive insights from large datasets to support strategic decision-making in logistics operations.
• Manage ambiguity and shifting priorities, maintaining a proactive and structured approach to analysis and reporting.
• Develop innovative solutions to address complex logistics challenges with a strategic mindset.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure accurate data integration and reporting.

What will you bring to the table?

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, with business analysis experience as a plus.
• Advanced Tableau expertise, focusing on visualization best practices, dashboard performance tuning, and usability.
• In-depth knowledge of Tableau Server Management (TSM) and node distribution for efficient performance on large datasets.
• Strong SQL proficiency (Google BigQuery preferred) for efficient querying, data transformation, and analysis.
• Proven track record of extracting insights from complex datasets to drive business impact.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, quickly adjusting priorities while maintaining a strategic, problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive in analyzing and proposing insights to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
