What will you do ?

Work closely with business partners to identify complex business problems to solve and provide data driven solutions.

Provide support for annual business plan, monthly sales forecast, and insight analysis.

Supporting the analysis of Omni channels performance, with strong focus on digital channel.

Ongoing support to uncover opportunities that will drive incremental sales .

Operationalize reporting processes and synthesize key metrics into impactful and insightful dashboards to monitor and assess the success of the business initiatives/performance.

Perform reporting automation, self-serve analytics enablement, and promote the culture of analytics-driven decision making.

What will you need to succeed ?

4 + years experience working with data (i.e., quantitative analysis experience, including handling, manipulating and analyzing data, hypothesis testing and creating analytical reports).

4 + years experience with SQL. Comfortable writing accurate, efficient, complex SQL queries to extract and integrate data from multiple database sources.

Business results focused, strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.

Executive level communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for business audiences.

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate in a matrix environment that requires strong cross functional collaboration.

In-depth prioritization, planning, and change management skills to stay within time/scope of a task in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable learning new applications and processes quickly with minimal direction.

Experience in reporting automation using Python across multiple platforms and tools is required

Technical Skill Requirements

Advanced user of SAS (SAS Enterprise Guide/SAS Viya), SQL Server and MS Access

Advanced user of Python for reporting automations

What will be nice to have?

Advanced user of Tableau

Advanced user of MS Excel and VBA

Unique Requirements

The candidate selected for this role is required to attain Canadian Reliability Security Clearance (administered by submitting fingerprints to the RCMP, who then conduct min. 5 year history checks)

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
