Customer Service Representative
Markham, ON
100% in office
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000/year
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answering telephones, talking with internal and external customers
- Preparing Quote, coordinate PCN with customers, forecast analysis and preparing book-to-ship estimates
- Organizing and responding to email RFQ enquiries, orders and technical requests
- Technical support and pricing management
- Working with product managers, regional sales managers, and internal and external customers
- Analyzing customer forecasts and work closely with planning and sourcing teams
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education (Business or Technical degree/diploma)
- 2 - 5 years of customer service experience from the manufacturing industry, electronics manufacturing, or corporate customer service
- High proficiency with desktop operating systems
- Microsoft Office computer experience (strong Excel skills)
- Excellent command of the English language
