We are looking for a customer-focused, sales-driven professional with
5+ years of experience
in customer service and inside sales. This role manages the full customer journey--from inbound lead response to closing sales--while delivering exceptional service and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer support requests over the phone or email with strong business communication and professionalism.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, introductory presentations, solution recommendations, and closing.
Build rapport with prospective and existing customers, overcoming objections and preparing contracts.
Provide hands-on customer support throughout the sales process, assisting customers at any stage of the ordering journey.
Recommend customized promotional product solutions by understanding customer needs and applying product knowledge.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account growth opportunities.
Participate in product testing and provide customer-driven feedback.
Monitor competitor offerings and customer trends to support sales and market strategy.
Propose product, service, or process improvements based on customer insights.
Drive marketing and sales initiatives
Complete other duties as assigned
Invoice sales orders, discuss with suppliers' needs and availability
Qualifications

5+ years
of combined customer service and inside sales experience.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions while meeting sales goals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone and email etiquette. Must be comfortable talking to people on the phone.
Skilled proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn product solutions quickly and present creative, customized recommendations.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative team player.
