Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Build and maintain strong customer relationships Use consultative questioning to identify customer needs and recommend solutions Prepare and follow up on customer quotations Source products and maintain working knowledge of current product offerings Manage multiple priorities while meeting customer deadlines Work closely with Outside Sales team members to support customer accounts

Qualifications & Skills

Strong commitment to integrity, ethics, and quality Excellent listening, communication, and self-management skills Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively Comfortable interacting with customers at various decision-making levels Experience in a B2B customer service environment Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office

Education & Experience

Customer service experience required Working knowledge of

Fluid Power, Pneumatics, or Electromechanical systems

is a strong asset Post-secondary education in a technical or industrial field is an advantage
