Job Description

Our client in Toronto within the Real Estate and Infrastructure space is looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant for a 1 year contract. This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities:
- Monthly close requirements
- Preparing consolidated financial statements and notes
- Preparing schedules and reporting package
- Preparation of forecasts and budgets
- Review and oversee process for preparation of legal entity financial statements
- Asist with external audits
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

- Degree in Accounting and CPA
- Experience on large ERP systems
- Advanced excel skills
- 5-7 years in a core corporate accounting role
- Hands on experience in financial statement preparation
- IFRS accounting experience
- Experience on Yardi ERP an asset.
- Exposure to financial reporting and analysis
