We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our team.

What will you be doing?

The Senior Content Marketing Manager works on our consulting team to develop and support digital marketing strategies and campaigns for some of the largest IT vendors across the globe, specifically in the IT channel. This position collaborates with internal staff to create and manage creative direction and content for blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, social media, video scripts, and more while aligning messaging to client branding and voice.

Stand out and stay on track:

  • Develops marketing strategies and messaging that set our clients apart as thought leaders.
  • Leverages up-to-date copywriting practices for all collateral.
  • Interprets creative briefs to develop strategic collateral for eBooks, white papers, infographics, emails, landing pages, corporate presentations, social media, events, and exhibits.
  • Ghostwrites topical, professional blogs for executives in the IT Channel using communication strategies to connect with key audiences.
  • Ensures messaging is consistent with client brand and voice across all pieces of content.
  • Interprets clients' brand and messaging guidelines, and applies them appropriately to client collateral.
  • Works with project managers and clients to apply feedback and ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Provides feedback to writers and designers, and also edits content as needed.
  • Owns our internal Wiki and streamlines processes for the creative team.
  • Optimizes content for search engines and lead generation.
  • Conducts analytical assessments to improve creative strategies with a data-driven approach.
  • Facilitates working sessions with team members to formulate and streamline creative processes.
  • Applies empathy to all collateral and prioritizes diversity, inclusion, and representation in word choice and tone.

  • Degree/Diploma in English, Graphic Design, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, and/or 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • A storyteller with a strong portfolio demonstrating high levels of creativity.
  • Is a social media rock star, and stays up-to-date on social media best practices across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Knowledge of the IT and telecom industry and/or IT Channel.
  • Experience as a copywriter in an agency studio or brand creative team.
  • Experience ghostwriting based on Subject Matter Expert interviews.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
  • Positive attitude and a good sense of humor, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.
  • Ability to foster strong working relationships and collaborate with Project Managers, Graphic Designers, Media Specialists, and Writers.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with desktop publishing tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and/or graphic design experience is a plus.
