Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Scrum Master. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Burnaby, British Columbia or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Canadian citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Preferred Qualification:

• At least 4 years of experience as Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
• Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
• Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
• Supports product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope.
• Ability to work in team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Strong communication and Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
