We are seeking applications for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our eGovernment team. In a Senior Consulting role within our eGovernment team you will be a key contact responsible for assisting governments formulate digital services strategies and implement public sector focused products and technologies that enable modern, digital government services.

Your ability to work well with all stakeholder levels from front-line staff to executives and collaborate with various technical and functional stakeholders will be a critical success factor of this role. You will interface with various technical and functional stakeholders to understand operational challenges and drive successful project outcomes

As Senior Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating meetings with all levels of stakeholders to identify projects goals and objectives
  • Leading efforts with relevant subject matter experts to collect, map, analyze and document business requirements for future state environment
  • Delivering formal project status reporting summarizing project performance against key project performance indicators, including but not limited to, scope, schedule, and budget
  • Managing the relationship between the project team and stakeholders
  • Providing project leadership, including producing clear project objectives, analyzing, and managing risk, creating, and managing scope, and communicating with senior project leadership team
  • Review proposed system design and technological solutions to ensure that they deliver on customers' needs
To successfully perform the responsibilities of this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of proven skill and experience.
  • 5+ years of a proven track record for delivering complex technology projects for public sector agencies.
  • Knowledge of state and local governments operations and one or more public sector domains (i.e. Land Management, Community Development, Business Licensing, Public Health & Safety, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Project Management or Business Analysis Certification will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to form strong relationships, set goals and effectively manage time and resources in a complex environment.
