The position at a glance

-Coordinate clients onboarding process for the region with all the stakeholders involved.

-Provide administrative support to the Sales Force for the tracking of cash management/credit documentation established by the Bank as well as client opening documents; enter them into the systems in accordance with guidelines, internal procedures and instructions from the Sales Force.

-Ensure the creation, modification and cancellation clients/accounts data in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s systems.

-Perform controls and files follow-up.

-Review the current processes for the activity and provide improvement to be more efficient.

In detail

-Contribute directly to the Permanent Operational Control device by applying procedures, carrying out the monitoring and alerting supervisors of any malfunction.

-Support relationship managers in their administrative tasks related to the management of their US/CA clients.

-Answer specific inquiries from account manager or analysts, regarding account opening documentation and client settings in the systems.

-Prepare and send account opening documentation to clients.

-Verify/Analyze account opening documentation received (text integrity respected, signature by the signing authorities).

-Register and update account opening documentation into the Bank systems (Atlas 2, Creditnet, SharePoint, SignPlus\xe2\x80\xa6).

-Verify that letters of offer are signed according to the list of authorized signing and specimen signatures.

-Manage the filing and archiving of documents.

-Monitor and control account opening documentation.

-Ensure that the client is correctly setup in the respective banking applications

-Entities creation, modification and closure in Atlas2 and other financial applications

-Guarantee the referential static data accuracy and compliance

-Perform other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

The strengths and skills that will help you succeed

Bachelor degree or more advanced post-graduate studies in business administration or legal field.

- 2 to 3 years in banking industry

- Excellent computer skills and ability to use common software application

- Knowledge of banking products

- Versatility

- Availability to work on Canadian and US Holidays (rotation)

- Bilingualism in French and English is required.

- Fluency in Spanish would be considered a strong asset.
