Requirement Detail/Qualifications

Duties (Change Manager):

  • Has proven experience in Change Management and in the development of change management programs
  • Has proven experience in the development of training and communication plans
  • Has experience in the delivery of a Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan
  • Has experience facilitating workshops
  • Has experience in presenting to Senior Management levels
  • Identifies and assesses change impacts to the organizations business processes and technology solutions
  • Analyses and evaluates each alternative based on business and technical impact and cost/benefit considerations, and proposes, justifies, plans and costs the implementation of the selected alternative.
  • Engages stakeholders in contributing to effective change
  • Develops and/or implements a change management process and tools
  • Plans, directs and controls the activities of a the change management team within scheduled time and cost parameters
Office Location: In Fredericton, Remote

Contract Duration: Asap until 03-Nov-2023 end date (Possibility for extension and conversion to FT) Standard Hours per day: 7.25



The successful candidate must deliver the following to successfully complete the engagement:
  • A University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered;
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' recent experience as a Change Manager on medium to large transformation projects.
  • Medium to Large complex projects are those that:
  • Cross multiple business units and / or stakeholder groups,
  • Involve multiple direct project participants,
  • Operate for an extended period (i.e. more than 9 months).
  • Recent demonstrated experience in a Senior Change Manager role for projects of significant complexity. Scoring will be based on the breadth and depth of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in development of training and communication plans.;
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of various communications to appropriate stakeholder groups, in support of the changes brought about by a new program and/or initiative.;
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and assessing change impacts to the organization's business processes and technology solutions.;
  • Demonstrated experience engaging various stakeholders in contributing to effective change;
  • Demonstrated experience working in complex, multi-year, projects with dynamic stakeholder groups including any experience with change management of those groups.
  • Demonstrated experience with full breadth of industry standards (Prosci, CCMP or similar). Please provide examples.
