Responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Campaign Specialist Hours: 35 hour (FTE) working week Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on experience) Location: Hybrid working with requirement to work from York City Centre Office as well as home. Reporting to: Head of Marketing and Customer Success Job Specification: Functions:

• To manage the relationships, marketing, customer service and campaign requirements across a portfolio of clients and projects ensuring that BSA meets and where possible exceeds our contractual obligations.
• To provide effective leadership, management and accountability to a varied team of staff and contractors.
• To support Brightsparks' business development activities.
• To support Brightsparks' senior leadership team across a wide range of projects and business priorities.

Role KPIs:

• 80% of client accounts are on track or successfully achieved against company scorecard.

Areas of significant control:

• Project management of client deliverables and KPI’s
• Financial management of agreed client budgets, staffing budgets and outsourcing budgets.
• Leadership, Management, Accountability and coaching of direct line reports and their subordinates as well as contractors as required.

Minimum Postholder Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience successfully delivering all aspects from strategy development through to evaluation for digital, and/or marketing projects.
• 5 years account/relationship management with at least 3 years of senior / lead account management experience in either marketing, digital or creative agencies/settings.
• Minimum 5 years of client facing experience.
• 5 years experience of staff management.
• 5 years experience briefing and commissioning digital, creative and marketing specialists.
