About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business System Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading ERP / business application development, managing ERP development project teams, and possesses people management skills.

What You\'ll Do:

You will work in a small team on cutting edge cloud service integration projects. Applies analysis techniques and procedures to gather and then translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications and designs. You will attend meeting with technical product manager and business team and provide system solutions to business problems. You will document your design of the solution and work with development team to implement and test the programs. You will also expect to support for production issues and work with development to fix program bugs.

What We\'re Looking For:

Leadership in ERP and Business Application Development:

• Lead the requirement analysis, design, development, and implementation of ERP functionality, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, Customer Service, Finance, IT, etc to gather requirements, define scope, and establish project timelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ERP and business application development, recommending innovative solutions to improve processes.

Project Team Management:

• Lead a team of skilled technical experts in executing ERP development projects within certain business domains.
• Define project roles and responsibilities, set clear expectations, and allocate tasks effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements Analysis and Solution Design:

• Lead the process of analyzing business requirements related to business operations and translate them into effective and scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system specifications, workflows, and integration points, ensuring alignment with overall business processes.

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrate proficiency in the development and customization of ERP, utilizing relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to the team, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions.
• Strong analytical skill to write SQL script to query, manipulate, and transform data from various databases. Analyze data to identify insights, patterns, anomalies, and issues.
• Knowledge of application development & deployment with microservice and docker
• Knowledge of using tools for troubleshooting, like Kibana, Jaeger, Grafana, etc
• Experience of Java error tracking, Hibernate/SQL, Spring framework and Git setup
• Experience of Kubernetes and public/private cloud is plus
• Quick learner of new technologies

Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals, progress, and outcomes.
• Regularly update senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Virtual team management experience to guide, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment is big plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; master\'s degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading ERP or business application development projects.

Proven track record of leading ERP development project teams, delivering successful outcomes on time and within scope.

Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to ERP development (e.g., SQL, Java, Python, etc).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
