Robert Half is hiring now for a results-oriented and accomplished Senior Business Systems Analyst to fulfill a role for our Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in and overseeing the facilitation of meetings with the team and clients. You will develop relationships with client personnel that fosters client ties and communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management. You will utilize your top-notch leadership skills to encourage creative thinking that goes beyond prevailing industry norms and client perspectives along with demonstrating the confidence and knowledge of cutting-edge industry methods when resolving company difficulties. You are a role model that challenges your team to grow as leaders and actively looks for possibilities to take on leadership responsibilities. Our Client is based in Calgary, AB. but this role is open to fully remote work concessions for eligible candidates.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• Software/Application implementation experience using technology
• Consulting experience preferred
• Association Industry expertise
• Prior experience implementing and maintaining iMIS or comparable association management systems
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Effective problem solving
• Expertise in developing queries and reports using IQA, crystal reports, and/or SSRS reports
• Proficient writing and verbal communication abilities
• The capacity for efficiency and high productivity
