Job Description

Our Banking client in Toronto, Ontario is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-months contract role.

What you will do\xe2\x80\xa6

• Elicit and analyze business requirements for a large project impacting Regulatory Compliance technology using Agile methodology.
• Document current and future state business processes, user stories, data catalogues, business rules, use cases and user interface design.
• Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standards.
• Apply advanced coverage analysis techniques to ensure relationship between scope, detailed requirements, and testing through to implementation.
• Contribute to successful project completion within budget and on time by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by supporting planning, development of test cases and execution of tests.
• Support Senior Director, Enterprise Compliance Technology and Director, Business Management, Enterprise Compliance by developing benefit reports, status updates, facilitating small to large meetings, prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes where required.
• Work in collaboration with Senior Change Manager(s) to support change management activities where required.

What you will need to succeed\xe2\x80\xa6

Must have skills:

• Regulatory Compliance.
• FI/Securities.
• CM understanding of the trade Life Cycle and surveillance.
• Archer is a MUST.
• Previous Banking experience is a big bonus.

Nice to Have Skills:

• CBAP- NTH.
• PMP is also NTH.
