Requirement Detail/Qualifications

Duties of Senior Business Systems Analyst:

• Must have knowledge and experience in the use of information and communications technologies.
• Must have knowledge and experience in strategic planning and change management.
• Will lead and/or participate in grant and research proposal writing, presentation(s)
• Will lead and/or participate in the development and presentation of business/value cases.
• Will lead and/or participate in the development of business requirements to support business/value cases
• Liaison (representation) for the organization on regional, provincial and national committees.
• Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) including the preparation of research and grant proposals.
• Will assist in the development and implementation of solutions to meet the strategic objectives and goals
• Possess experience in stakeholder management and collaboration
• Contributes business perspective to project teams

Office Location: In Fredericton, Remote

Contract Duration: Asap until 30-Oct-2023 end date (Possibility for extension and conversion to FT) Standard Hours per day: 7.25



The successful candidate must deliver the following to successfully complete the engagement:

• A Bachelor's level University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a similar discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered;
• A minimum of 10years experience as a Business Analyst including requirements gathering, facilitation, use case analysis and detailed design activities.
• Demonstrated experience in a business analyst role in eHealth in a Canadian jurisdiction related to both project and operations work. Please provide examples of projects/operations related work. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the NB health context.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating sessions with diversified groups of clinical and non-clinical Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders, resulting in clear and concise business requirements;
• 10 years of IM/IT experience;
• Demonstrated experience in documenting workflow and business processes;
• Demonstrated experience in documenting user stories, functional design and gap analysis;
• Demonstrated experience in defining and documenting Standard Operating Procedures, Training guides and tools;
