Who is GCM Consultants?

On a daily basis you will have to:
Provide assistance in financial planning, including preparation of budgets and proposals.
Provide support in financial tracking including presentation, analysis of results and establishment of corrective measures.
Monitor quality.
Participate in the definition of projects.
Establish design basis and develop concepts.
Participate in the preparation of specifications and drawings for the following specialties: HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.
Size and select equipment.
Establish and define technical standards required for the projects.
Prepare specification lists.
Requirements:
Bachelor of mechanical Engineering
Member of the Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec
Minimum 10 years of experience in Mechanical Building: HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.
Fluency in French and English required occasionally since the person will collaborate with colleagues and clients outside of Quebec, both written and oral.
