We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager on our growth brands, located at our facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Role is hybrid (combination of remote and onsite)
As a Senior Brand Manager Growth Brands, your role will focus on developing highly effective marketing programs and opportunities based on a deep consumer and category understanding for the growth brands at Reynolds Consumer Products Canada. The role includes all elements of brand strategy, brand engagement planning, innovation, packaging, and digital. You will conduct competitive analysis, lead consumer research, identify portfolio gaps. You willl lead projects working with the cross functional team to build the brand and ultimately drive profitable, growth. You will have the opportunity to:

• Innovation: Lead Innovation planning and partner with sales to develop strong, consumer driven insights to support new distribution growth.
• Business Analytics: monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating performance of products and programs and recommend changes where necessary. Lead the development of annual Marketing plans through analysis of business performance, including monthly share tracking.
• Consumer Support: Leads and manages all Brand building activities for the brand portfolio, including advertising development, digital and social programming, packaging development & agency relationships

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 7 or more year\xe2\x80\x99s consumer packaged goods experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional team projects.
• Strategic mind set and strong analytical skills with proven ability to drive brand direction.
• Ability to prioritize work for themselves and others.
• Team player with ability to foster strong relationships with cross-functional team
• Strong communication skills - written and oral
• Positive outlook, self-motivated, high energy, curiosity within job and overall business
