xperienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys balancing numbers, and excels in keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
Maintain general ledger and financial records
Assist with month-end and year-end close
Generate financial reports as needed
Office Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office operations
Maintain filing systems (digital and paper)
Manage office supply inventory and vendor coordination
Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors
Support management with administrative tasks and projects
Assist in HR-related administrative tasks (onboarding, record-keeping)
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Sage (Online or Desktop), Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
