GoCo is looking for an experienced Bilingual Senior Project Manager to work in one of our offices in Quebec/Ontario or to work from home.
You will contribute to the team by performing the following tasks:

• Leverage and manage your project team to provide a plan for your client\'s deployment.
• Act as the overall project deployment lead and manage the detailed project schedule and plan.
• Align all critical elements of the project scope delivery and supporting documentation prior to the start of the project.
• Develop and define project milestones, deliverables and completion criteria.
• Initiate customer deployments

• Manage risks, issues, scope, schedule and budget (if applicable).
• Set strategic direction and prioritize project phases to ensure continuity of service delivery.
• Consult and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to clearly define requirements and deliverables for assigned sub-projects and migration waves.
• Maintain a working relationship with the external customer and internal stakeholders.
• Effectively balance concurrent projects.

What you bring to the team (essential):

• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• Technical understanding of voice and unified communications solutions (i.e. hosted PBX, on-premises PBX, SIP Trunking, MS Teams).

• At least 2-5 years of project management experience
• Bilingual in French and English, both verbal and written, this is mandatory.

Desired assets:

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in business, computer science or computer science.
• Proven experience in the delivery of large client projects
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Technical understanding of managed network services (routing, switching, secure remote access, IP-VPN solutions, SD-WAN solutions, virtualization).
• Good understanding of third party vendor relationships, hardware, facilities management.

• Ability to understand, build, adapt, communicate and deploy technical project plans.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• PMP certification desired
