Job Description


Cvent’s Global Demand Center (GDC) is seeking a passionate, organized marketing professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker that is team-oriented, with a positive attitude and genuine interest in learning something new each day. In this role on the Marketing Technology and Automation team, you will be on the cutting edge of emerging technologies used to elevate Cvent’s marketing programs. This role will facilitate adoption of marketing technologies by developing and executing standardized training programs. In this role, you will project management strategic initiatives and define processes that drive efficiency and scale across the organization. What You Will Be Doing

  • Enablement
    • Design and lead marketing onboarding/training and functional development programs
    • Facilitate user adoption of marketing technology
    • Develop communication plans for our team, technology & processes
    • Work with internal teams to craft and package easy-to-use process documentation (technical guides, training decks, videos, live demos)
  • Project Management
    • Lead project management support related to process, technology & reporting
    • Facilitate the development and governance of operational and roadmap plans
  • Marketing Technology Analytic
    • Build, automate and analyze reporting to show technical/automation effectiveness and trends
    • Calculate ROI of each technology based off adoption, users, goals/benchmarks

What You Need For This Position
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, sales operations
  • Experience writing technical how-to documentation & streamlining complex processes
  • Demonstrated project management experience: the ability to work with stakeholders to finalize requirements, create project plans, and to work with multiple business/technical stakeholders to establish, communicate, and meet agreed-upon deadlines
  • At least 1 year of technical experience with multiple types of marketing technologies
    • (For example, marketing automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot; CRM and database platforms like Salesforce or Snowflake; additional tools like Drift, Cvent, 6Sense, Demandbase, Reachdesk, etc.)
  • Ability to create reports and insights from data sets
  • Ability to dig in to understand project requirements, expectations, and deliver on them

  • Demonstrated ability working with globally-dispersed team
  • Proficient in Excel
