IG Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Associate Email Marketing to be a dedicated resource to growing portfolio of digital-first financial advisors. This role requires a highly collaborative individual, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mindset. If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute your years of e-mail marketing experience and fine-tuned subject matter expertise to create new workflows, test cases and make a significant impact - then this role is for you!
Day to day functions include project management, campaign deployment, build test cases and optimization, define target audience and journey building. You must be effective working under pressure and capable of handling multiple projects at once, comfortable working with working with cross functioning teams, vendors, and management at all levels will lead to success in this position.
Role Accountabilities
Develop a deep understanding of the objectives and priorities of the business line you support regularly consulting on how email marketing can deliver on their business objectives.
Be the point person to manage email projects including, developing the brief and coordinating all aspects of the project from data requirements, copy, creative and necessary approvals.
Support your line of business with weekly status updates on campaign performance, timelines, budget, and resource management.
Suggest on ways to maintain strong list management.
Maintain a deployment calendar and inform the business on the possible dates of deployment.
Monitor and maintain dashboard of corporate channel email performance.
Work with cross functional teams to develop coordinated, marketing automation email journeys
Perform routine data analysis on active campaigns and ensure leads are flowing to sales efficiently and the programs are being tracked appropriately.
Analyze, monitor and report on KPIs related to marketing automation journeys and email campaign performance.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL and other regulations and industry best practices on every deliverable
Build and maintain multiple email lists, segments, and campaigns within Marketing Cloud
Increase email subscribers
Required Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, marketing analytics or related area preferred
3-5 years\' experience with marketing technology and email marketing
1-3 years\' experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
3-5 years in email development, personalization, journey, and query development
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Campaigns and Reports
Experience with usability testing, A/B/N and multivariate testing
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications desired
Experience configuring Email Studio (Content Builder) and additional Marketing Cloud functionality (Audience Builder, Advertising Studio, Audience Studio)
Strong understanding of data, data architecture and data analysis
Experience in data mining and data segmentation
Analytical skills and attention to detail for monitoring and reporting, including experience outside of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of SQL queries, HTML, CSS, AMPscript and JavaScript skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working within Financial Services is an asset
