The Coordinator of email Marketing is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing campaigns, calendars, and select strategic initiatives in support of company and business unit objectives.

KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS

Primary scorecard metrics: Thorough campaign tracking and analysis - open rates, click rate, conversion rates and revenue delivered to the business
Ensure creative is on brand, uses the Indigo voice and coincides with online stories & in-store stories.
Review, maintain and improve processes in and across teams
Satisfaction of cross-functional partners

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Functional

Execute on email campaigns from concept brief to deployment by:
Supporting/Developing creative briefs for email campaigns in the marketing calendar
Develop campaign content, stakeholder reviews and edits, ensuring milestones and interim deadlines are met to deploy emails on time
Perform quality assurance on all emails with production team to ensure products, content, and links are correct to ensure an error-free deployment

Oversee email performance and reporting by:
Tracking, compiling and analyzing campaign results to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives
Identify opportunities for campaign testing, execute and report on results and provide go-forward recommendations
Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in email marketing and share this information with the marketing team
Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them.
Provide other support to projects as needed by the digital marketing team.

Email service provider (Sailthru)
And other technology stack providers

Qualifications

Work Experience / Education / Certifications

Bachelor\'s degree or college diploma in preferably marketing, communications or business
1+ years of experience in email marketing
Experience with project management tools like Trello is preferred
Experience in a B2C fast-paced retail/e-commerce environment
Understanding of data-driven marketing

Competencies / Skills / Attributes

Strong command and understanding of email marketing metrics
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, planning and time-management/organizational skills
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple highly detailed tasks accurately while reacting with urgency and reprioritizing as needed to ensure all objectives and project deadlines are met
Strong communication skills - dealing with stakeholders daily
