:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join their team in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning and managing the construction of various projects within the built environment, from commercial and residential buildings to public spaces and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and plan projects, including conceptual and schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.

• Manage and coordinate with project teams, including consultants, contractors, and other professionals.

• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and applicable codes and regulations.

• Participate in client meetings and present design concepts and proposals.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to the plans and specifications.

• Collaborate with other architects and designers in the firm to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements, and integrate new technologies and materials into design work.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on design and project management.

• Strong design skills and proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materials and methods.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC).
